Weekly Sessions
We’ve created a printable summit planner with each stage of the process written out for you. You'll also meet weekly with your event manager for updates and to keep you on track.
We'll set up your CRM, collect your event registrants and tag them for you. We also send out all of your event correspondence and set up the automations for each type of email.

Your first session with your event producer. You’ll be sharing your vision for your online event and your target audience. During this session, we set up your free subscriptions to apps and connections you’ll need for the event, acquire your domain URL (if you haven’t yet), setup your business email, video hosting, discuss your branding, color themes, event title, themes, taglines, and generally provide the information we need to kickstart your event. You’ll even learn posture and preparedness tips for any videos you need to provide for the event. It’s a 2 hour work session (yes, two!!) and you’ll leave it feeling empowered, enriched, and ready to roll!

As we near the end of your event, we provide a session to help you plan how you’d like to nurture or continuing engaging with your new audience. Will you start a new email sequence? Many summit hosts prefer the original speaker outreach come from their project manager or an assistant. This email is written so that your speakers can easily see you are serious, have people who do things for you, and have an event team.
