Email Sequences
This package includes comprehensive copywriting for a virtual summit: invitation and follow-up emails for guest speakers, all summit website/funnel page content, pre-event reminders, daily and post-event email sequences, and promotional materials for speakers. It also includes social media copy.
Speaker Acquisition
Speaker Hub/Portal
We research your first 20 speakers, train you on how to acquire more and provide a customized Speaker Hub/Portal for your confirmed speakers to access all their summit promotional materials as well as their personalized tracking links. Details below.
Planner/Workbook
Weekly Sessions
We’ve created a printable planner with each stage of the process written out for you. It even has a place for you to take notes, add your own personal reminders and see what stage the team is in each step of the way. You'll also meet weekly for updates and to keep you on track.
CRM and Event Platform
We'll set up your CRM, collect your event registrants and tag them for you. We also send out all of your event correspondence and set up the automations for each type of email. We keep track of opt-ins for your speakers during the promotional period.
Tech Connections and Set-up
We build the landing page for your event plus additional funnel pages to guide your event registrants through the registration and upsell process. You'll also get your funnel set-up, payment processor connected and everything you need to host a successful event.

What's in the Package?
PowerStart Session
Your first session with your event producer. You’ll be sharing your vision for your online event and your target audience. During this session, we set up your free subscriptions to apps and connections you’ll need for the event, acquire your domain URL (if you haven’t yet), setup your business email, video hosting, discuss your branding, color themes, event title, themes, taglines, and generally provide the information we need to kickstart your event. You’ll even learn posture and preparedness tips for any videos you need to provide for the event. It’s a 2 hour work session (yes, two!!) and you’ll leave it feeling empowered, enriched, and ready to roll!
In addition to this information packed session, you'll receive ongoing guidance, direction and helpful suggestions for all those random questions that pop up. Whether it's tech related or a how to question when it comes to best practices, we've got you!
Planner/Workbook
Planning a live or multi-day event requires a great amount of preparation and action on your team’s part as well as your own. It’s important you know the process and order of things so you feel comfortable with where you are at each stage.
We’ve created a printable planner with each stage of the process written out for you. It even has a place for you to take notes, add your own personal reminders and see what stage the team is in each step of the way.

Speaker Acquisition and Training
We will research and find 20 guest speakers for you. We cannot guarantee elements such as audience size, email lists, or their agreement to speak. We DO provide training on how to ensure you get a YES and also training how to acquire even more experts to approach. You’ll receive a training session on best practices, posture and we’ll set up your email templates and even provide suggestions on best ways to respond to any questions they ask you.
Speaker’s Hub
This branded speaker section of your event/summit website is a private area where your speakers can log in and access the customized promotional materials we provide for them to promote your event. We create inspirational copy, a promotional graphic personalized for each speaker, and 2 additional event graphics for you and your speakers to use on social media or emails.
Each speaker gets a beautiful interview webpage. We provide personalized tracking links for each speaker so you can see how many contacts each speaker brings in.We provide promotional statistics and analysis of those statistics throughout your promotional period.
Website, Tech Connections, Funnel
We build the landing page for your event plus additional funnel pages to guide your event registrants through the registration and upsell process. (package includes general thank you for registering page, a page to promote and upsell your upgrade, payment page with payment processor connected, an upgrade or membership section where your upgraded clients can access their materials, recordings, etc.)
