PowerStart Session
Your first session with your event producer. You’ll be sharing your vision for your online event and your target audience. During this session, we set up your free subscriptions to apps and connections you’ll need for the event, acquire your domain URL (if you haven’t yet), setup your business email, video hosting, discuss your branding, color themes, event title, themes, taglines, and generally provide the information we need to kickstart your event. You’ll even learn posture and preparedness tips for any videos you need to provide for the event. It’s a 2 hour work session (yes, two!!) and you’ll leave it feeling empowered, enriched, and ready to roll!
In addition to this information packed session, you'll receive ongoing guidance, direction and helpful suggestions for all those random questions that pop up. Whether it's tech related or a how to question when it comes to best practices, we've got you!
Planner/Meeting Notebook
Planning a live or multi-day event requires a great amount of preparation and action on your team’s part as well as your own. It’s important you know the process and order of things so you feel comfortable with where you are at each stage.
We’ve created a printable planner with each stage of the process written out for you. It even has a place for you to take notes, add your own personal reminders and see what stage the team is in each step of the way.

We will research and find 20 guest speakers for you. We cannot guarantee elements such as audience size, email lists, or their agreement to speak. We DO provide training on how to ensure you get a YES and also training how to acquire even more experts to approach. You’ll receive a training session on best practices, posture and we’ll set up your email templates and even provide suggestions on best ways to respond to any questions they ask you.
Speaker’s Hub
This branded speaker section of your event/summit website is a private area where your speakers can log in and access the customized promotional materials we provide for them to promote your event. We create inspirational copy, a promotional graphic personalized for each speaker, and 2 additional event graphics for you and your speakers to use on social media or emails.
Each speaker gets a beautiful interview webpage. We provide personalized tracking links for each speaker so you can see how many contacts each speaker brings in.We provide promotional statistics and analysis of those statistics throughout your promotional period.

Not on High Level? No plans to migrate to High Level (GHL)? No problem! Your summit can be hosted with KG Online Services. Your domain and URL will be yours and customized. Once the summit is complete, we'll export all the optins from your summit into your current CRM.
For live events: We can provide a virtual assistant to be present to support you on Zoom during your event. This is an additional fee.
