We research your first 20 speakers, train you on how to acquire more and provide a customized Speaker Hub/Portal for your confirmed speakers to access all their summit promotional materials as well as their personalized tracking links. Details below.
Weekly Sessions
We’ve created a printable planner with each stage of the process written out for you. It even has a place for you to take notes, add your own personal reminders and see what stage the team is in each step of the way. You'll also meet weekly for updates and to keep you on track.
We'll set up your CRM, collect your event registrants and tag them for you. We also send out all of your event correspondence and set up the automations for each type of email. We keep track of opt-ins for your speakers during the promotional period.

Your first session with your event producer. You’ll be sharing your vision for your online event and your target audience. During this session, we set up your free subscriptions to apps and connections you’ll need for the event, acquire your domain URL (if you haven’t yet), setup your business email, video hosting, discuss your branding, color themes, event title, themes, taglines, and generally provide the information we need to kickstart your event. You’ll even learn posture and preparedness tips for any videos you need to provide for the event. It’s a 2 hour work session (yes, two!!) and you’ll leave it feeling empowered, enriched, and ready to roll!

We will research and find 20 guest speakers for you. We cannot guarantee elements such as audience size, email lists, or their agreement to speak. We DO provide training on how to ensure you get a YES and also training how to acquire even more experts to approach. You’ll receive a training session on best practices, posture and we’ll set up your email templates and even provide suggestions on best ways to respond to any questions they ask you.
This branded speaker section of your event/summit website is a private area where your speakers can log in and access the customized promotional materials we provide for them to promote your event. We create inspirational copy, a promotional graphic personalized for each speaker, and 2 additional event graphics for you and your speakers to use on social media or emails.
Each speaker gets a beautiful interview webpage. We provide personalized tracking links for each speaker so you can see how many contacts each speaker brings in.We provide promotional statistics and analysis of those statistics throughout your promotional period.
